You can make a difference by serving in an advisory capacity on one of the City's commissions or boards. The City is accepting applications to fill positions on the Planning Commission and the Construction Board of Appeals.
Positions are available on two of the City's regional boards and commissions. The City is accepting applications for 5 positions on the Planning Commission and 2 positions on the Construction Board of Appeals. Applications are available at City Hall, 6360 Fountain Square Drive, or they can be electronically filled out and downloaded from www.citrusheights.net.
The deadline for submitting an application is 5 p.m. on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at the City Clerk's Office in City Hall. Members of the Citrus Heights City Council will make appointments at their January 12th meeting.
The application process includes a video interview. The City Clerk will notify all applicants of the time and place of the interview, and the amount of time allowed for the interview.
