If you’re experiencing longer hold times on the non-emergency line & need to report illegal fireworks activity in Citrus Heights, please report them here Reported locations only need to be submitted once, as your reports create a call for service. 

These reports go directly to our Dispatch Center to dispatch an officer. We hope this expedites illegal fireworks reporting for you and keeps dispatch lines open for other life-threatening emergencies. If you’re able to provide the address of where the illegal fireworks are coming from, that is incredibly helpful to us. If an address is not provided, officers conduct an area check to try to find the source of the loud noises to ensure the community is safe.

It is common during this time of year to see an increase in illegal fireworks, and we appreciate being kept apprised of situations of concern in our community.
