March 16, 2015— At approximately 4:34pm, officers responded to the area of Sunrise Blvd and Greenback Lane regarding a possible robbery. It was determined an adult male (70 years) was assaulted and robbed of his money and other belongings. The victim was transported via ambulance to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Witnesses provided descriptions of the suspects and a CHPD patrol officer quickly located the suspects fleeing from the scene.

One of the suspects later identified as Garett Wallace (24 years) fled on foot from officers into a nearby apartment complex.
